Peacekeeping

"I think the peace monitoring it's entirely different because it puts everyone on the same level. We're unarmed and we've got civilians. We have a lot of other countries that are involved and it probably allows us to be more aware of our leadership skills. Where you can't order people around a place like this you really have to think about what you say and when the people are cross so it's virtually a big team effort not only with the people on the team but also with the locals and if you can win the locals over half the battle is won. But as far as the differences I think the peace monitoring that we're doing is if we can get that right unarmed I think that's a lot of preventative medicine for want of a better word. In other words if we can get it right here we won't have to send troops in armed later so I think that's a big plus."
