"The government forces were extremely aggressive indicating that if we didn't empty the hospital they would and their means were one of going through and killing people who remained.
"So we returned as many as we could who were walking wounded back to within the confines of the camp itself and took those that we could treat and that was, we took everybody. We left no-one to have the government forces go through. The mood deteriorated further and whilst we were working on these people, the camp, people within the camp decided to run for their lives."
